Andrew is a Talent Acquisition Analyst Intern, providing overall analytical and administrative support to the Riviera Advisors team. Andrew manages all of Riviera Advisors' social media presence, including curating the Riviera Advisors' Twitter and Facebook Page, both of which have a following audience of more than 14,000 people. In addition to his work at Riviera Advisors in the successful Talent Acquisition Analyst Internship program, Andrew is a senior at the College of Business Administration at California State University, Long Beach (CSULB) where he is majoring in Operations Management and minoring in Psychology. Andrew serves on the CSULB HRMA (Human Resources Management Association) executive board as Marketing Director; and serves in an elected role on the ABSOC (Associated Business Students Organizations Council). Andrew has worked as a College Advisor for the University Outreach and School Relations team at California State University, Long Beach as well as a Student Assistant in the University's Educational Opportunity Program. Andrew has also worked in a Store Management Internship for Kohl's Department Stores and as a Sales Representative for a large automobile dealership where he was able to acquire high quality skills in sales, business development, human resources, and other areas. Andrew is based in Long Beach, California.
