Created and managed by Riviera Advisors, the Strategic Talent Acquisition Roundtable (STARoundtable) is a member-driven community designed specifically for corporate and organizational recruiting and staffing leaders.
The STARoundtable offers highly structured, professionally facilitated discussion and workgroup sessions focused solely on the challenges and opportunities of leading recruiting and staffing inside of organizations. In addition, it offers powerful access to tools, resources, and research reports on staffing and recruiting leadership and subjects driven by STARoundtable members.
The STARoundtable is regionally aligned and organized to create a stronger, close-knit community among its members. Membership is by invitation only and suppliers to the staffing, recruiting and Human Resources profession are prohibited from membership.
The STARoundtable also produces powerful educational events and workshops on staffing and recruiting leadership that are open to non-members and are designed to help advance the profession of recruiting and staffing leadership. These events are held several times throughout the year in key cities across the country.
